Terms and Conditions
Club Marine Limited is the owner of the name "Club Marine" and
of the registered trademarks "Club Marine" and "Club Marine" & Bird Device ("Club Marine Logos"). Club Marine
Limited grants sub-licences subject to the following provisions to a third party ("authorised user"):
The use of the Club Marine Logos and the purpose for which it may be used is subject to the prior written approval of Club Marine Limited and may be revoked at any time.
Club Marine Limited grants the authorised user a limited licence to use the Club Marine Logos in accordance with the terms of the written approval provided to the authorised user.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the authorised user is not
authorised to use the Club Marine Logos or any other intellectual property
( including but not limited to trademarks and slogans, etc.) of Club Marine
Limited or any other member of the Allianz Group for any other purposes.
The authorised user will be liable for and agrees to indemnify
Allianz Australia and Club Marine Limited, its directors, agents and related bodies corporate and find them harmless against any and all claims,
losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited
to
reasonable legal and other costs of defending or settling any claim)
arising out of or in connection with the authorised user's unauthorised
use
of the Club Marine logo.
